What Are You Afraid Of?

“What Are You Afraid Of?” is a whimsical, one person, participatory ritual about naming and transforming a fear that's kept you stuck. Inspired by childhood, useless doctors office visits, Jaina’s own therapy, and some buddhist texts it is a creative, interactive space that helps you name and release a fear you hold close. Says Cipriano, “I have created a tangible way to interact with feelings that can be nebulous or existential. As someone who has often felt very held back by my fears, I hope this experience can be a jumping off point for the change we all hope for!”
