The MassArt Graduate Programs are pleased to present the 2026 MFA THESIS EXHIBITION | PART II. Curated by MassArt Art Museum Executive Director Lisa Tung and MassArt x SoWa Director Felicia Scott Flint, Part II of this year's MFA Thesis Exhibition is on view April 25 - May 17 at MassArt x SoWa, with a First Friday reception on May 1 from 5-9pm.

FEATURED ARTISTS:

A collection of works from all eleven 2026 MFA thesis candidates will be on view at MassArt x SoWa May 21 - June 7. First Friday reception on June 5.

ON-CAMPUS MFA THESIS COMPONENT (Exhibition + Media Installation):

The 2026 MassArt MFA Thesis includes a concurrent student-curated on-campus exhibition, Potential Space. Featuring the eleven 2026 MFA graduates in 2D/3D Studio Arts, Photography, and Film/Video, Potential Space is on view at the Patricia Doran Graduate Gallery   APRIL 27 – JUNE 5, with a reception (5-8pm) and special, one-night only, Media Installation in D309, on Thursday, May 7.

PUBLIC ARTIST TALKS

The eleven featured 2026 Master of Fine Arts candidates will also present PUBLIC ARTIST TALKS on Thursday, May 7 at 2:00pm EST via Zoom and in the MassArt Screening Room 1.  >>>REGISTER HERE<<<   

THEATRICAL SCREENING

Join us in viewing the works from the three Film/Video graduate candidates during a theatrical screening at the MFA Boston on May 8th!
