Debra Fleury: Human

Debra Fleury’s solo show of soft and hard sculptures that are part magical playground, part psychological excision. The work featured in Human invites the viewer into emotional landscapes imagined in multiple mediums. Human difference, similarity, and energy are explored abstractly through the earthiness of clay and painted narratives on sewn volumes, translucent layers of color and pattern teasing enticing interiors. The works in Human are an invitation to look deeply.
